Made-to-Order Products
All Noli Blankkies products are handcrafted to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a limited returns policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
To report a defective or damaged item, please:
- Send clear photos of the damage to info@noli-blankkies.co.za
- Or message us on WhatsApp at 075 420 8565
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
Change of Mind
As our products are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully, including size, colour, and material selections, before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before production has begun. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
